“Our approach to project execution with consistent contact allows for Northern Steel Tanks to be engaged in value engineering in that we are an active project participant that looks to deliver the best value to the customer. This means if we identify an opportunity to deliver equal or greater quality at a lower cost we will bring that input forward. Being engaged in the project allows our project manager the opportunity to resolve cost, schedule, and design conflicts that may occur. Our crews are led by our foremen who are committed to ensuring that the constructed work meets or exceeds the quality requirements of the tank manufacturer and the project documents. They will record the work as constructed to provide accurate information for record documents.
